Yes, they run every day, including bank holidays. We still run the tours even in the rain! We will only consider cancelling a tour in extreme weather conditions.
The tours are free because you don’t have to pay anything upfront; instead, we simply ask that at the end of the tour, you consider giving the guide a gratuity. Just feel free to give the amount you think the tour was worth!
In order to ensure the best experience for everyone, we believe our groups should not exceed 26 people. Please remember that if you are a group of 14 or more people, or a school group, you should book a private tour instead.
Yes, there is no age restriction on the tour, so children are welcome to join, and usually really enjoy it. However, we do issue a parental advisory that the content of the tour can include topics such as torture, cannibalism, incest, murder, and other sensitive topics, depending on the guide.
Yes, it is possible. The guides are willing and able to adapt the tour, without disturbing the rest of the group. However, please be aware the Free Ghost Tour contains certain barriers, such as uneven terrain and flights of stairs, that are more difficult to navigate and avoid.

We recommend you arrive at the meeting point 10 – 15 minutes before the tour starts, so we can organise the groups, and start the tour on time.
No, it isn’t always necessary, you can usually join us at the meeting point. However, we recommend booking in order to guarantee your place, and to allow us to estimate the number of guides required, to provide the best service and quality of tours.
